The entire process took about 6-7 months from design to completion. Juan and Chris were both extremely helpful and explained the process to us from start to finish. As our project manager, Juan was always just a phone call or text away if we had any concerns and kept close communication with us. Our pool was custom made with water features, fire features, LED lights and heating. We ran into a few minor issues, but nothing that Pool Envy didn’t resolve to make sure we were 100% satisfied. If we could make one recommendation, we think including landscaping / lawn repair as an option would be great. We can’t wait to make memories in our beautiful new pool! Thank you guys!

The prices were one of the best, but what sold me in the beginning was Chris. He wasn’t a smooth talking salesman, but an honest person that answered all my questions. I wasn’t sure when he handed me off to Juan that the experience would be as good, but I was wrong! Working with Juan was better than I could have ever imagined. I ask a million questions, and he would answer everything I asked. The job went smooth, and Juan kept me informed every step of the way. Chris and Juan of Pool Envy were FANTASTIC to work with! It can be overwhelming comparing apples to apples with quotes (we did 5). In the end, two variables helped us decide to go with Pool Envy. 1. Chris’ expertise in general. Specifically, he pointed out we’d need a couple steps leading to the pool because of our elevation (no one else mentioned this). 2. Two colleagues from work had both built pools within the past year and were very pleased with Pool Envy.Why I’d suggest you use Pool Envy:1. Chris listened to what we wanted. My husband wanted a big table to sit around and watch the Astros game. He also requested turf around the edge.2. Timely initial visit and pool rendering3. Great communication4. We could not be happier with Pool Envy and how the project turned out. Not only was it done on time and budget, but they constructed a new bridge which perfectly matches our existing pool. Our initial pool bridge was made of wood and simply did not fit the flow of the design. In under two weeks, Pool Envy went from start to finish and built a bridge that looks super nice and fits better than the original. We are super impressed!

We had never built a pool before and walked in to this very green. We had a basic design but nothing was fleshed out. We met with multiple pool companies and frankly we are so thankful we choose pool envy. Chris and Juan are overly communicative which is exactly what we needed. Any issue we had, we received an immediate response. Once construction started there was activity going on nearly everyday and they were able to complete our complex build in under 2 months. Juan was on site nearly everyday and stays on top of the multiple trades to ensure build is smooth and of the upmost quality. He catches everything. I like to point out We never had a single quaility issue, and any preference issues we had (Ex: I'd like this curve to bend this way etc) they not only understood but jump on immediately. I would absolutely recommend Pool Envy as you will not be disappointed.
