We can't thank the Pool Envy team enough for everything. The entire process, from beginning to end, was extremely pleasant and exciting! Juan helped us with everything along the way. Our dream pool came to life and it's gorgeous! We get so many compliments in our backyard oasis. We are so excited for all the pool parties this summer!

We recently had a pool constructed by Pool Envy. From the design with Chris to project management with Juan, all aspects of the build went flawless. We had a great experience with Pool Envy Designs. They provided a great concept and easily made adjustments that we suggested. As with any big project, there were a few issues along the way, but they took care of every concern we had. Communication was good as well. Everything looks great and we will definitely have many swim seasons ahead of us with our new pool and outdoor kitchen.

Do yourself a favor and reach out to Pool Envy! We just finished a 12,000 gal pool/spa in 8 weeks total from permitting -> pool school. We asked to be done by spring break and they delivered! Overall wonderful, stress free, high quality, fair priced from my first interaction with Matt, to walking the completed project with Juan. After talking to 5-6 pool builders who would only quote us what pool they say we need, Matt from Pool Envy was the complete opposite—he listened to our ideas, let us describe how we envisioned our back yard, made several suggestions based on his experience (some of which we agreed, some we didn’t, but now with the project complete I’ll say he was 100% right with every one his design tweaks and was also right that looking back we would have regretted it had we not!) He also made several suggestions of “what most people usually want” but was never pushy, salesy, or ever seemed unauthentic. Juan was the best project manager we’ve ever had among several large scale contractors at our home the past 10 years. Responsible, reliable, does what he says 100% of the time, and runs a crew that was well mannered, hard working, and friendly every day they were on site. Every phase of construction was clearly communicated in email including timing and what to expect, as well as followed up with texts confirming timing down to the hour. The communication was the perfect balance between over-communicating details and not at all overloading inboxes. Whenever we had a question about something before the next phase began, response was immediate and any fix done just as fast. Even behind the scenes—Kelly was wonderful in providing best in class customer service in scheduling, responsiveness, and courtesy. Matt, Juan, Kelly — all of them responsive and directly reachable at any time during the project. They made it so easy for us to just sit back and enjoy watching our backyard transform into a resort! Pool Envy has earned our highest endorsement and recommendation, we loved working with them and you will too!

Great pool design and installation!

Pool Envy did a great job on my new pool. They came up with the perfect design and it looks beautiful. The customer service from Juan has been extremely good. I highly recommend Pool Envy for your pool construction.

We are very happy with our pool and with our decision to go with Pool Envy. We did have some hiccups with the build of a structure that caused some delays, but Juan and Chris made everything right and made sure we were happy with the end product. Everyone at Pool Envy will make sure that your end product is exactly what you want; as such, I would not hesitate to use them again.
